Who we are

Deyno provides restaurant technology and dine-in experiences. This policy covers this website. It does not cover the Deyno POS, DeynoQR or Deyno Dining products, which are covered by their own agreements with the restaurants that use them.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. When you complete a form on this site we receive the details you enter — typically your restaurant name, your name, email address, phone number, location, the size and type of your business, the product you are interested in, and any message you write.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or passwords anywhere on this website, and you should never enter them here.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a demonstration, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site and our email, and only to the extent needed to do so.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand which pages are useful and how the site performs. Your browser settings can block cookies and local storage at any time without preventing you from reading the site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a reasonable business record, and are deleted when they are no longer required.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and validated on the server. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.
