What this site is

This website describes Deyno and its products. The pages here are informational. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee that a particular feature will be available to you. Use of the Deyno POS, DeynoQR or Deyno Dining products is governed by a separate agreement.

Accuracy

We keep this site as accurate as we can, but products change. Screens and interfaces shown here illustrate how Deyno works and may differ from what you receive. Availability of restaurant discovery and reservations depends on partner restaurants being live in your area.

Your submissions

When you send us an enquiry you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission, and do not send confidential material through this site.

Intellectual property

The Deyno name, logo, wordmark, page designs and product interfaces on this site belong to Deyno. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Restaurant names and photography remain the property of their owners.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deyno is not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
